Unlike conventional OCT sensors, it is optimized for use with pre-focusing beam deflection units, enabling measurements across large working fields up to 500 × 500 mm² with outstanding accuracy of ±10 micrometers. Ideal for processes requiring tight tolerances, the RAYDIME METER ensures precise z-distance measurement prior to laser operations—making it especially valuable for applications such as thin sheet welding, bipolar plate joining, and busbar welding in battery production. In combination with a beam deflection unit, the RAYDIME METER can also measure the topography before and after laser processing.
